Trip Informations
Experience all the marvels of Morocco on this 10-day adventure. Start in lively Marrakech, experience the bustle of Casablanca and then immerse yourself in the blue hues of Chefchaouen. See ancient history up close at Volubilis’ Roman ruins, step back into the Middle Ages in Fes el Bali and then travel out to the sand dunes of the Sahara Desert. Share lunch with locals after exploring the palm groves and Amazigh villages in Todra Gorge and Dades Valley, then toast the success of your adventure with a rooftop drink.

Is this trip right for you?
verified
Summer temperatures in Morocco can get very hot (over 40°C). If you're travelling in the warmer months, be sure to wear layers, use sun protection and drink plenty of water. Nights can get quite cold, so warm clothes are essential.
verified
Ramadan is an annual month-long festival, during which travel can be a rewarding cultural experience, however some regular services may not be available during the day, such as restaurants or cafes, and occasionally travel can be disrupted by events. Your leader will adjust the itinerary accordingly, but please consider this when selecting your travel dates. You’ll find dates and further information in the ‘Climate and seasonal information’ section of the Essential Trip Information.
verified
As this trip covers quite a lot of ground there are some long drives. These are excellent opportunities to get to know your fellow travellers, catch up on some reading, or simply appreciate the scenery.
verified
This trip doesn’t spend a lot of time in Marrakech. We highly recommend you plan extra time in this fascinating city if your time allows. Please speak to your booking agent if you are interested in booking additional nights in the city.

Amazing tour! You see so much of the country in 10 days. Lots of driving but definitely worth it. I'm still in awe with all the sceneries Morocco offers! Had a blast with my group from around the world. Our guide Mohammed was well organized, present for us and resourceful; Having a nice tour guide really makes the difference! Recommended!

Morocco trip with Intrepid far exceeded my expectations in every way. The people are delightful and friendly. I never felt unsafe. The history and culture of Morocco is fascinating and our tour leader always so informative. Our group ages varied from 23-78 which was fantastic. We all made great friendships.

Really incredible trip, yes there is a lot of time spent on the bus but there are frequent stops and you get to see so much you wouldn't be able to otherwise. Desert and Chefchouen were definitely highlights. Mustapha was an incredible guide, couldn't recommend more

Brilliant trip with an excellent guide in Issam who combined approachability fun and knowledge to ensure that we all loved the trip. You need to embrace sitting in a bus for hours with the scenery whizzing by on this trip. A necessity to see what we did in the time that we had. The bus is relatively comfortable though had there been the max number of 16 on the trip, the back seat would have been too uncomfortable as 2 seats had insufficient leg room.....but otherwise a brilliant trip. Would recommend it.
