Rajasthan is a desert state and so it’s important to prepare for hot sticky temperatures during the day and cooler climates in the evening. Layers are the best way to tackle this disparity in weather.

Where do I begin? If you’re lucky, once in a blue moon you’ll have a wonderful experience that will live with you forever, and every time you reminisce about it you’re filled with joy and warmth. This is what our India Intrepid tour has become. All brought to life by our brilliant Intrepid tour guide Shakti. Thank you Intrepid, but most of all, thank you Shakti for taking such good care of us and showing us your beautiful country. We’re glowing with joy! We’ll be back for more. 😍

The whole trip was absolutely brilliant. It was a great itinerary, made especially good by our guide, Shakti. His invaluable experience and personal qualities made a huge difference to our enjoyment of the trip: always calm and laid back, but always dependable and reliable too; always warm and friendly, but always professional too. Feeling safe and worry-free meant we were able to relax and fully appreciate a packed itinerary of experiences that we could never have discovered on our own. A big thank you to Intrepid and Shakti.
