Is this trip right for you?
The drive from Pokhara to Chitwan is on very windy roads as you climb up and down mountains, be prepared for a lot of corners and don't forget to buckle up.
A moderate fitness level is required for the hike in Pokhara and walks in Chitwan National Park. This trip does not go to high altitude, so acclimatising will be relatively easy.

Premium Nepal is an amazing trip. We experienced so much in 9 days from the Buddhist and Hindu temples, Everest mountain flight (don't miss it), sunrise/sunsets in Nagarkot and Pokhara, Canoe, community visit and safari in Chitwan National Park. We even saw a rhino and her baby! We made momos at a home visit in Tibetan community. The Bahari Lodge in Chitwan was amazing! We were a great group of 5. Satya our leader was incredible - so knowledgeable and took great care of us! If you are on the fence - book it!

Subash was a fantastic guide on our premium Nepal trip. We learned so much from him as well as visiting the temples, monasteries and villages. I particularly liked visiting the places helping women who have started businesses, like Helping Hands weaving co-op, and the culinary school. And, staying at the very special Barahi Jungle Lodge and the safari were huge highlights

Nepal is very weather dependent, if you have a good sunny weather you see some real wonders of Nepal but we were welcomed with really bad rainy, cloudy and misty weather throughout our trip in a season when there’s supposed to be no rain and good weather so we kinda missed out on some great views of the Himalayas which was the main purpose of my trip. Otherwise the itinerary of the trip is really good that covers everything we need to see and do as a cultural trip of Nepal. The stays are excellent and food was in abundance, variety and delicious. I will recommend this Premium Nepal trip but just pray for a good sunny weather.

Learned so much about Nepal—its culture and history. The scenery was breathtaking; roads were rough at times, but understandable. Wishing Nepal good luck with everything happening now. Our tour leader, Satya, was outstanding: one of Intrepid’s finest. Grateful for an unforgettable, eye-opening trip.
