An amazing mix of food and culture. Our leader Nok was outstanding and brought an immense knowledge and enthusiasm about food. The homestay is a highlight - cooking demonstrations and hands on cooking, Khantoke dance demonstrations and an immersive experience with Ms Aoi and her family. I loved every minute of this tour.

Experienced a lot of different types of Thai food, which I probably wouldn't have found on my own. The home stay was a highlight of the trip, with hands-on cooking classes along which leaning about the culture, customs and how the locals live.

This was my first ever tour and Nok, our guide, made the experience amazing. There was a lot more hands on cooking than advertised, which enhanced and made the experience more meaningful. Our guide was engaging and knowledgeable and added just the right amount of history and background information to make our food adventures fun but also educational! It was the trip of a lifetime!

Our guide, Naowarat Janchay (Nok), made this trip unimaginably entertaining and educational. I have done numerous other group travel and will now only group travel with intrepid due to the organization and care by Nok. She went above and beyond. If you are able to book with her, please do so!

I have done other group travel trips before but this one has been my favorite! If you are a foodie, this trip is a great way to experience Thailand through food as well as meet like-minded people. I highly recommend this trip; I had such a great time I'm already looking into Intrepid's other food tours!

Loved the food tour as an introduction to Thailand. Great food tasting opportunities and a couple of exceptional cooking sessions which were highlights, along with the home stay in a small village. Highly recommended trip.
